Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate to join its disputes team in Sydney. The role focuses on large-scale, long-running litigation across banking, resources and finance, with involvement in financial regulatory investigations, class actions and Corporations Act disputes.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE with outstanding academics, and strong drafting and verbal communication skills.

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our disputes team, based in Sydney. Working with Ann Donohue and the wider disputes team, you will broadly be working on:

• Large scale, long running and complex litigation (banking, resources and finance)
• Financial regulatory investigations
• Class actions
• Corporations Act disputes

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be engaging, highly motivated with strong academics. You should also be able to demonstrate:

• 5+ PQE
• A strong desire to work on complex, high profile litigation
• Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
