Job summary

Building Talent Recruitment Pty's boutique Sydney-based engineering consultancy seeks an Associate Civil Engineer to lead project teams and drive delivery across the full lifecycle. You will be the face of the practice, building and maintaining relationships with clients and project partners to generate repeat business and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (MIEAust or FIEAust) and Chartered Engineer (CPEng).
• Experience leading and managing a team of engineers and draftsperson.
• Experience in civil design works for urban development including building projects, subdivision, roads, pavements and public domain areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams through the entire project lifecycle.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and project partners to secure repeat business.
• Contribute to business strategy and planning initiatives as a senior member.
• Guide and mentor junior staff and ensure project delivery from concept to final delivery.
