Job summary

Beca HunterH2O in Canberra is seeking an intermediate Project Manager with a background or interest in water. You will collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to plan, develop and manage assets across project lifecycles, aligned to PMBOK principles.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and Chartered aspirations with Engineers Australia. Flexible, collaborative environment and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, commerce or related field.
• Desire to pursue chartership with Engineers Australia or a similar professional organisation.
• Understanding of project management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
• Contract management, commercial acumen.
• Business case development, partnership management, portfolio management.
• Operations experience, water industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to plan and develop projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineers during planning and development phases.
• Assist clients in managing construction within PMBOK frameworks.
• Apply scope, time, cost, quality, procurement, risk and resource management.
