Job summary

McCullough Robertson seeks a proactive Senior Associate to join the Sydney finance team. You will handle high‑quality banking and finance matters for major banks, lenders, and corporate borrowers across real estate, healthcare and government sectors.

You will lead on structuring, due diligence, security and regulatory compliance, while supervising junior lawyers and engaging in client contact and business development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in banking and finance transactions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and lead on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of finance transactions, including structuring and due diligence.
• Prepare facility and security documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage client relationships, transaction workflows and contribute to BD efforts.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with Sydney and Brisbane teams.
