North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation invites applications for a Senior Manager Asset Services, based in Mackay. You will lead asset management strategy, lifecycle planning and performance governance across port infrastructure, driving reliability and value across the portfolio.

You will develop Asset Management Systems, engage with multidisciplinary teams and implement ISO 55001-aligned practices, with a focus on risk management, inspection regimes and cost information to support investment

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing asset management strategies and plans.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align resources with priorities.
• Proven track record in lifecycle planning and asset performance governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead asset management strategy, planning, lifecycle optimisation and governance across port infrastructure.
• Drive asset reliability initiatives, inspection regimes and maintenance strategies.
• Develop and improvement Asset Management Plans, systems and data across locations.
• Coordinate asset inspections, upgrades, renewals and disposals; manage budgets and lifecycle costs.
