Job summary

The Perth Mint, a premier Western Australian organisation, is seeking a Senior Engineer Asset Integrity and Risk to support its Refinery Management Team. You will drive asset reliability, safety and long-term sustainability, working with cross-functional teams to advise on asset performance and investment decisions.

You will apply advanced engineering knowledge in asset integrity, FMEA and risk assessment to inform maintenance, capital planning and continuous improvement across critical plant

Qualifications

• Experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering and risk assessment.
• Ability to analyze technical and operational data to inform improvements.
• Clear reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle planning.
• Support capital investment decisions with evidence-based analysis.
• Provide specialist engineering guidance to improve asset reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to implement improvements.
