You'll balance strategy with hands-on leadership, guiding teams, managing performance, and living dusk's values in weekly planning and tough conversations. A high-impact role in a growing brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to create warm, values-led store cultures.
• Own area performance, support teams to meet KPIs and elevates customer experience.
• Guide development through regular feedback and clear direction.
• Oversee stock, rostering, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships, provide support and clarity when needed.
• Manage competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Lead recruitment, succession, and development across region.
