Qualifications

• Master’s of Architecture (or equivalent) from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Registered Architect status is highly regarded, with experience delivering significant scale or complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills in architectural design, including Revit or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major community and health facilities, learning environments and sports projects
• Lead the design and development of architectural concepts and detailed plans for a variety of projects
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and the project team to translate complex requirements into functional designs
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations and sustainability standards
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and documentation to support construction
• Provide technical advice and support to the project team during construction
• Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and best practices in architecture
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards
