Job summary

Roboyo is seeking Senior Application Engineers to join our Low Code Application team in Brisbane to design and deploy Appian-based solutions that meet customer requirements and drive digital transformation.

You will work on end-to-end application delivery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure scalable, production-ready results that align with client goals and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing Appian solutions
• Strong Appian development experience including SAIL, process models, records, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices
• Fluency in English
• Appian certification (Senior Developer or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-code applications using Appian
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and integrations
• Analyze business requirements, define technical solutions, and support projects through the full application lifecycle
• Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address client needs
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on Appian and low-code solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Stay up to date on Appian capabilities, industry trends, and best practices
• Conduct research and analysis and contribute to client deliverables, solution proposals, and technical recommendations
