Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Senior Analyst / Senior Associate to join the Corporate Finance Transaction Services team in Melbourne. You will deliver financial due diligence and transaction support across buy-side, sell-side, IPOs and capital market engagements, working with managers, directors and partners to provide high-quality financial analysis and strategic insights.

You will develop and coach junior team members, manage workstreams, and build strong client relationships across transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with transaction services and deal advisory.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate with Managers, Directors and Partners on engagement delivery.
