Job summary

AGL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Value Assurance to drive governance of project controls at the portfolio level and uplift the PMF for greenfield power development projects. You will partner with multiple teams to improve data quality, ensure governance, and support executive decision‑making.

The role focuses on cost, schedule, risk and governance information, enabling disciplined progression through the project lifecycle and capital efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Project Management, Economics or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project governance, assurance, project controls, portfolio management or capital‑investment environments.
• Preferably minimum 5 years within the energy, infrastructure, resources or other capital‑intensive industries

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level insight by translating cost, schedule, risk, milestone and governance information into actionable reports.
• Identify trends, exceptions, forecast movements and emerging risks affecting project viability or capital efficiency.
• Independently challenge material assumptions and recommendations and prepare decision-ready reporting for leadership forums
