Job summary

Sig Susquehanna in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Senior Analyst to advance the Operational Risk & Controls program across the Australian business. You will identify, assess and monitor operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and deliver practical risk management in a fast-paced trading environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, perform RCSAs, test controls, monitor incidents, and produce risk reports and KRIs for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in operational risk, risk and controls, compliance, internal audit or related discipline within financial services.
• Experience in market making, proprietary trading, algorithmic trading or other capital markets environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, including RCSAs, control testing and issue management.

Responsibilities

Overview

Susquehanna is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operational Risk & Controls to support the development and execution of our Operational Risk Management Framework across our Australian business.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll help identify, assess and monitor operational risks, evaluate control effectiveness and support the delivery of practical risk management solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with business stakeholders.
