CommBank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Home Buying Finance to join the Home Buying Finance team. You will provide crucial financial management reporting to support decision-making and risk management across the Home Loans portfolio.

You will work with CFO, GM Finance and senior stakeholders to prepare monthly reports, forecasts and budgets, and deliver insightful analysis on business drivers and market dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in financial performance management including monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to build relationships and partner with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive reporting, leadership packs and financial insights.
• High proficiency in financial modelling, trend analysis and translating data into insights.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and multi-delivery capability.
• Graduate qualifications in Finance, Business or Economics with CA/CPA progression.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and contribute to monthly performance reporting for designated product portfolios and improve reports.
• Support forecast and budget processes for Home Loans with driver-based and variance analysis.
• Provide input for investor relations materials and executive briefings.
• Perform regular financial and business analysis on the product portfolio and drivers.
• Contribute to financial rigour in investment initiatives and major decisions.
• Help with process improvement and cross-skilling across the team.
