NAB is seeking a Senior Analyst, Correspondent Banking to join the Correspondent Banking Due Diligence team in Melbourne. You’ll help assess and mitigate risk across cross-border banking relationships and support regulator-ready outcomes.

You’ll deliver enhanced due diligence, advise on risk, and collaborate with risk, compliance and payments teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality risk decisions. This role emphasizes customer obsession and integrity across NAB’s global operations.

Formación

• Experience delivering Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) or Equivalent Controls (EC), specifically 2EC and 4EC.
• Demonstrated experience in due diligence reviews in financial crime or regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments and correspondent banking risk.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and periodic reviews of correspondent banks in line with NAB policies and AML/CTF requirements.
• Assess money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions, and reputational risks linked to correspondent banking relationships.
• Monitor correspondent banks for changes in risk and elevate issues using NAB’s governance processes.
• Prepare clear and concise risk assessments and recommendations to support onboarding, review, or exit decisions.
• Work with Financial Crime, Compliance, Payments, and operations teams to support consistent risk outcomes.

• Proven experience delivering Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) or Equivalent Controls (EC), specifically 2EC (Analyst) and 4EC (Senior Analyst).
• Demonstrated Experience in completion of vostro due diligence reviews in financial crime, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments and correspondent banking risk.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
