Senior Airport Project Planner (APAC)

Job summary

Vanderlande in Sydney is seeking a Specialist Project Planner to join the APAC Airports Planning Team. You will manage end-to-end planning for large, complex projects and develop integrated plans using Primavera P6, identifying opportunities and threats early.

You will produce project reports aligned with contract requirements, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and cross-disciplinary teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or working experience at a bachelor's level.
• Experience of working in a project organisation.
• 5+ years of planning experience in a construction environment related to larger complex projects.
• Senior-level knowledge of the Primavera planning software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for large, complex projects.
• Produce two-weekly or monthly project progress reports.
• Integrate external schedules into the master project schedule.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) for PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI analyses.
• Train junior Planners and support risk management across projects.
