Job summary

Aurecon is seeking an Airport Planning Leader to drive strategic planning for airport clients across Australia. You will lead projects from inception to implementation, coordinating terminal, capacity, simulation, and master planning efforts with diverse specialists.

You will grow the pipeline, develop client relationships and support proposals, while mentoring junior planners and advancing Aurecon's national airport planning capability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading airport planning projects for major clients.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and win work.
• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of airport planning projects from concept to implementation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across terminal, capacity, simulation, and aviation impact assessments.
• Build relationships with airport clients and stakeholders.
• Support proposals and grow Aurecon's aviation planning portfolio.
• Provide strategic advice on airport growth and infrastructure challenges.
• Mentor junior planners and develop the national airport planning capability
