Job summary

Peopleworth invites applications for an experienced AI Strategy and Leadership Lead Facilitator to support senior professionals in an applied AI strategy and leadership program. This remote, fixed-term, part-time role blends live online facilitation with executive discussion and learner mentoring.

Expected commitment is approximately 4 to 6 hours per week, with busier periods during assessment and grading. Flexibility and strong facilitation skills are essential to adapt to participant needs.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with accountability for AI strategy or transformation.
• Experience engaging senior professionals and facilitating executive discussions.
• Fluency with current generative AI tools and practical governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live online sessions linking AI strategy to executive experience.
• Lead online drop-ins on AI applications, governance, and assignments.
• Mark 20–50 assignments per course with actionable feedback.
• Foster online discussions, share resources, and provide insights.
• Provide ad hoc one-to-one mentoring as needed.
• Participate in industry panels and share senior AI perspectives.
• Set workload expectations and monitor learner engagement.
• Collaborate with delivery and participant-support teams to address needs.
• Support senior participants by guiding constructive discussion and evidence-based thinking.
