Saul Recruitment is partnering with an Australian MSP to recruit a senior AI Solutions Consultant focused on Microsoft AI & Copilot. You will work directly with customers, shaping AI strategy, designing solutions and guiding projects across Copilot, Fabric and Azure AI offerings.

Hybrid WFH in Sydney, with strong training investment and a culture that values work-life balance. The role sits between solutions architecture, pre-sales and delivery, mentoring engineers and growing an AI practice.

Qualifications

• Senior AI role with customer exposure and MSP/MSSP experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing pre-sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery workshops with customers.
• Identify AI and Copilot opportunities across client environments.
• Present solutions and business cases to customers and stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales, proposals and solution scoping.
• Design AI solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and guide delivery teams.
• Help develop repeatable AI services and offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams.
