Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data science experience in customer analytics, propensity modelling, lead prioritisation or decision science.
• Experience taking models or AI-enabled workflows from problem framing into production use.
• Proven capability in experimentation and incremental-impact measurement beyond model accuracy.
• Applied experience with GenAI, retrieval or agentic workflows, including grounding and controlled actions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and collaboration with AI engineering teams.
• Sound judgement on Responsible AI, privacy, security, model risk and customer safeguards.
• Clear stakeholder communication and credibility to review work and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into smart leads and workflow use cases with clear users and success measures.
• Develop propensity, opportunity and lead-prioritisation models using approved data and context.
• Build agentic workflows to help teams prepare, prioritise and follow up opportunities within boundaries.
• Evaluate lead quality, model performance and incremental impact on customer outcomes.
• Test agent accuracy with human review, safe fallback and controlled tool use.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to integrate models into practical workflows.
• Apply privacy, Responsible AI and model-risk controls including consent and safeguards.
• Monitor adoption, performance and customer impacts; refine solutions via experiments.
