Job summary

Deputy is building the AI Scheduling capabilities that power one of the most used parts of our product. You’ll join a mature, business-critical area where teams optimise shifts for large customers and embed AI into decision making to improve schedules at scale.

This hands-on senior engineering role has no direct reports. You will design, build and ship with the squad, owning meaningful projects and seeking the next problem to solve for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of squad projects, build and ship them, and stay with them once customers depend on them.
• Ship in small, well-tested steps, improve the code you touch, and raise risks early so there are no late surprises.
• Work with Product, Design and Data to turn customer problems into features that make a measurable difference.
