Kinetic IT is forming an AI Engineering & Platforms division and seeking four Forward Deployed Engineer roles. These are senior, high-ownership positions embedded with client teams to deliver value fast.

You will discover valuable AI use cases, prototype quickly, and produce production-ready solutions within customer environments, backed by platform, security and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack.
• Experience shipping production AI systems and front-end stacks.
• Ability to frame high-value AI use cases in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Discovering high-value AI use cases from inside the operation.
• Building AI-enabled systems end-to-end – agentic systems, RAG, automation workflows, APIs and integrations.
• Prototyping, testing and iterating quickly, then hardening what proves value.
• Productising what you learn – driving adoption and reusable patterns.
