Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior AI Product Builder to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions. You will design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automation using low-code/no-code tools, taking ownership from concept through adoption and value delivery.

You will collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment, drive change, and foster responsible use of AI, while mentoring colleagues and shaping future AI capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, business analysis, applied technology, AI enablement, or related roles within fast-paced delivery environments.
• Experience building, configuring, and deploying AI-powered solutions, agents, automation tools, or digital products using low-code and no-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, measurable AI and technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.
