Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions, focusing on LLMs. You will fine‑tune models, build scalable training and deployment pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

You will lead delivery teams, work with cross‑functional groups, and leverage cloud AI services across AWS, Azure and Vertex AI. 5–7 years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years professional experience in AI/ML roles.
• Strong background in machine learning, software engineering and cloud-based AI services.
• Experience leading project teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models with focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific use cases.
• Build scalable pipelines for training, evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions for performance.
