Job summary

Pragmatike is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise relationships from pre-sales through onboarding and production usage. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, account managers, product and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployment, scaling and operation of workloads, including multi-GPU tasks.

The role is highly autonomous with hands-on problem solving, end-to-end ownership, and a focus on improving onboarding and customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with cloud/gpu infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise compute.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux, VMs, Kubernetes, networking, storage and NVIDIA GPUs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and AI workloads with customer engineers.
• Experience running technical demos, POCs, implementations or enterprise deployments.
• Strong understanding of production infrastructure and distinguishing customer issues from underlying problems.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly proactive and autonomous, able to identify next steps without prompts.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive problems to resolution.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer onboarding including access, networking, storage, server handover and first workloads.
• Act as the first technical contact for enterprise customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Own technical issues through resolution and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and POCs with the commercial team.
• Design and run POCs with clear success criteria to move customers to production.
• Debug customer workloads hands-on, including inference and multi-GPU workloads.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, communicate incidents and RCAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve onboarding and operational processes by identifying recurring problems.
