Infosys is seeking a Sr / Principal Architect (AI) to lead enterprise AI engagements, guiding strategy from ideation to architecture and scaling for clients across industries. You will bridge business vision with technology, shaping architectures and governance to deliver trustworthy AI solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in generative AI, agentic systems, and cloud platforms, with leadership across multiple verticals and a collaboration mindset to mentor architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise/Principal Architect or equivalent senior advisory role in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Mastery across multiple AI domains: generative AI, agentic systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures for AI workload optimization.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Cross-industry consulting or advisory experience across major verticals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Define AI transformation roadmaps and operating models.
• Ideation and Design Leadership: Facilitate workshops to identify AI opportunities.
• Architecture and Solution Design: Translate needs into target-state AI architectures.
• Infrastructure and Capacity Planning: Design AI infra blueprints for data, compute, GPUs, observability, and security.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI and model risk management.
