CreditorWatch is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products and agentic systems that help Australian businesses make smarter decisions, manage risk and trade with confidence.

You’ll own AI initiatives end-to-end—from discovery to production—shape shared capabilities and engineering standards, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Infrastructure to scale AI across CreditorWatch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building and operating production-grade AI systems.
• Strong foundations in software engineering and system design.
• Sound judgement across LLM architecture, RAG and agentic workflows.
• Experience running AI in production with observability and security considerations.
• Appreciation for reusable platforms, frameworks and developer experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance speed with quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI products, APIs, RAG solutions and agentic workflows.
• Own AI initiatives end-to-end from discovery to deployment.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into reliable customer experiences.
• Develop shared AI capabilities, patterns and tooling for scale.
• Establish standards for testing, observability, security and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Infrastructure teams.
