Infosys Limited in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer experienced in full stack development to lead design and delivery of modern web applications. You will build backend services with Node.js and Python, craft AI-enabled features using enterprise LLMs, and collaborate across product, design, and security teams.

Hybrid work arrangements apply. Minimum 10 years of software experience, strong frontend with React/TypeScript, and backend with REST APIs and CI/CD are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in senior roles.
• Strong mastery of React, TypeScript, Next.js for frontend.
• Hands-on backend with Node.js and REST APIs; Python/FastAPI valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of modern web apps using React, TS, Next.js.
• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs with Node.js/TS, Python.
• Build AI-enabled features using enterprise LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Implement conversational interfaces, real-time token streaming, RAG workflows.
• Design frontend platforms with microfrontend architectures and Storybook.
• Collaborate across product, design, security, and data teams on API contracts.
• Create tests, data sets, quality gates, and release evidence for AI features.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring (Azure/AWS).
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive fixes to resolution.
• Contribute to docs, standards, reviews, planning, and mentoring.
