Job summary

Paradino is hiring its first AI Engineer to own the AI platform, collaborating closely with founders and the engineering team. You will shape how AI capabilities are built and deployed, from agent design to evaluation and product development, in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

You’ll work hands-on across systems, tackle regulation and reliability challenges, and drive scalable, trusted AI solutions for advisers and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and shipping production-grade AI applications.
• Deep knowledge of modern LLMs, agent architectures and AI tooling.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to work across the broader technology stack.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and measuring AI performance in production.

About the opportunity

As our first dedicated AI Engineer , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Paradino’s platform. Working closely with our founders and engineering team, you’ll take ownership of the systems and patterns that power our AI capabilities and help define how we build products in an AI-first company.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across agent design, evaluation frameworks, regulatory grounding, prompt engineering and product development. You’ll have the opportunity to solve complex problems in a highly regulated environment, helping advisers produce better outcomes through technology that’s trusted, reliable and scalable.

We’re still a small team, which means you’ll have significant ownership, direct access to decision‑makers and genuine influence over both the technical direction of the platform and the way we work as a business.

About you

You’re an engineer who enjoys building, experimenting and solving real‑world problems.

You bring strong backend engineering capability and have experience building and deploying AI‑powered products in production environments. You’ve worked with large language models beyond prototypes and understand the challenges of reliability, evaluation and scale.

You’ll bring:
