Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is advancing the future of AI-powered customer service. We seek a SeniorAI Deployment Consultant to lead the most complex deployments, merging project management with hands-on configuration of the Fin platform to drive measurable value for customers.

You will partner with engineers, own end-to-end programs, and influence deployment strategy, while applying AI tooling to accelerate delivery in a hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, preferably in SaaS or AI technology companies.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget, with repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for the largest customers, acting as primary contact.
• Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget aligned with customer goals.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure the Fin platform hands-on—automation, workflows, analytics, data migrations, integrations, security.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles.
• Coordinate technical readiness activities including integrations and security reviews.
• Run projects with risk logs, reporting cadence, escalation paths, and documented decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy.
