Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development with C#/.NET and REST APIs.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend and API integration.
• Knowledge of microservices, enterprise integration, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
• Practical experience with LLMs, AI workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and AI orchestration.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, software quality, reliability and performance mindset.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and conversational applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered workflows and AI capabilities into customer interaction platforms.
• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, and integrations with enterprise data sources.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software components using established engineering standards.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
• Support deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver platform enhancements and operational improvements.
