Job summary

Hands-on engineers building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational

experiences

• Strong focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence

Candidates should bring strong software engineering fundamentals across React/TypeScript,

CI/CD, automated testing and production support, combined with practical experience delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions.

Key capabilities include:

• Building AI agents and conversational applications
• API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration
• RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval
• Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and context management
• Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails
• Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring

Highly desirable experience includes:

• Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN and contact-centre routing
• Agent testing, synthetic conversations and Responsible AI
• Multi-agent architectures, Power Platform and Datavers
