Job summary

Aware Super is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to support AI initiatives, translating strategic objectives into practical outcomes for member and employee experiences.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney, this day-rate contract runs to 30 June 2027 and involves requirements management, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, business readiness and implementation support across AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation across senior leaders and technology partners.
• Experience working with AI, Gen AI, digital assistant or knowledge management solutions.
• Experience delivering member, customer or employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to define business requirements and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to understand needs and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
• Document requirements, user stories, processes and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design ensuring requirements are clear and understood.
• Coordinate and support testing activities including UAT and defect management.
• Lead business readiness activities including communications and training support.
• Collaborate with product owners and change teams to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies and implementation considerations across AI initiatives.
• Assist in measuring adoption and business outcomes.
