CommBank is building an emergent AI automation capability within the Fraud, Scams & Cyber Data, Analytics and AI team. You will join the People Capability Automation group to explore analytics, AI and agentic automation to transform QA across fraud and scams.

You’ll design agentic AI solutions, orchestrate AI workflows, and collaborate with Fraud Analytics, QA, Product, Technology and Risk to implement scalable, reliable, measurable outcomes while ensuring governance and human oversight.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on analytics with SQL and Python to extract, prepare, analyze and interpret complex data.
• Experience applying NLP, classification, predictive analytics or ML to real-world problems.
• Practical experience designing/building solutions with Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience developing agentic or multi-step AI workflows and orchestration.

• Design/build agentic AI solutions that automate and enhance parts of QA lifecycle.
• Explore how LLMs/agents can augment manual QA processes.
• Develop multi-step AI workflows that reason across data and tools, coordinating tasks.
