Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of large agribusiness clients with tailored financial solutions.
• formally coach a small team of 3-4 Agribusiness Managers and develop talent.
• Review lending proposals, exercise DLA, and uphold risk standards.
• Represent Bendigo Bank in regional communities and build partnerships.
• Model and drive the bank’s values to deliver outcomes for customers.
