Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking an experienced Agribusiness Relationship Director to lead a small team and manage a high-value portfolio across Albany, Bunbury or Perth. You will mentor 3–4 Agribusiness Managers, review lending proposals, and drive regional growth with a strong focus on relationship excellence.

This leadership role supports Bendigo Bank’s 2030 strategy, fostering community prosperity and sustainability through strategic credit decisions and high-impact client service.

Qualifications

• Extensive agribusiness or commercial banking experience.
• Strong credit expertise and ability to review lending proposals.
• Proven track record in managing high-value client portfolios.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop others.
• Tertiary qualification in business or finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth for large agribusiness clients with tailored solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Agribusiness Managers.
• Exercise Delegated Lending Authority and uphold risk standards.
• Represent Bendigo Bank in regional networks and partnerships.
• Model and promote the bank's values.
