Bendigo Bank is offering a rare Director-level Agribusiness Relationship Director role in Albany, Bunbury or Perth. Lead a small team, manage a high-value portfolio, and mentor emerging bankers while shaping the bank’s agribusiness strategy.

You will champion credit excellence, grow regional business, and represent the bank in regional communities with a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in agribusiness or commercial banking with a sophisticated understanding of agricultural markets, complex credit structures, and financial analysis.
• Proven relationship management with a high-value, complex client portfolio and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Leadership aptitude with ability to coach, develop others, and drive high performance; formal management experience is valued.
• Strong commercial drive with a history of successful business development and strategic thinking.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or finance.

Responsabilités

• Drive Business Performance: Manage and grow a portfolio of large, complex agribusiness clients with tailored financial solutions.
• Mentor and Lead: Formally lead, coach, and develop a small team of 3–4 Agribusiness Managers.
• Champion Credit Excellence: Review lending proposals, exercise DLA, and uphold risk management standards.
• Cultivate Networks: Represent Bendigo Bank in regional communities and build referral partnerships.
• Embody Our Values: Role-model corporate behaviours and drive exceptional customer outcomes.
