Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Full Stack SDE to lead end-to-end cloud-native and AI-powered applications. You will own architecture across frontend, backend, and AI services, guiding customer delivery with scale and security in mind.

You will drive GenAI features, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows, while mentoring engineers and aligning with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for AWS Professional Services in Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience leading design and delivery of large-scale software initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience building applications that integrate generative AI or LLM capabilities.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the largest and most ambiguous problems in an engagement.
• Set architectural direction across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Architect GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines and LLM-backed features.
• Lead agentic systems design with multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering and scale AI-powered development tools across teams.
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and production readiness of delivered software.
• Grow engineers through reviews and mentorship, influencing stakeholders.
