Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience leading design/delivery of large-scale or ambiguous software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical delivery across end-to-end engagements.
• Set technical direction and establish engineering standards and guardrails.
• Architect GenAI solutions including RAG pipelines and LLM-powered features.
• Lead agentic systems design with emerging protocols and orchestration frameworks.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering and scale AI-powered tooling across teams.
• Ensure quality and operational excellence with testing, security and observability.
• Mentor and grow engineers and influence stakeholders on engineering strategy.
