Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Full Stack SDE to own end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications powered by Generative AI and autonomous agents in Australia and New Zealand. You will shape architecture, mentor teams, and drive AI-powered development at scale.

You will lead design reviews, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with customers and partners to deliver secure, production-ready solutions while advancing GenAI capabilities

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development across frontend and backend using modern languages.
• Experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale or technically ambiguous software initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience building applications that integrate generative AI or large language model capabilities.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical delivery end-to-end across teams on AWS.
• Set technical direction and engineering standards across workstreams.
• Architect GenAI solutions with RAG pipelines and LLМ-powered features.
• Lead agentic systems design with multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering and scalable agentic development workflows.
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and production readiness.
