Job summary

Whiddon in Moree, NSW is seeking a Care Services Manager to lead clinical services for a 63-bed aged care residence. You will report to the Residential Service Manager and drive outcomes, ensure compliance with national aged care standards, infection control, and AnAcc knowledge.

You will bring strong clinical experience and leadership to support budget goals, foster service-based development, and promote teamwork and continuous improvement across the home.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in nursing.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in the Aged Care industry, preferably in a senior clinical/ supervisory role.
• Proficient with AutumnCare or similar software and MS Office suite.
