Job summary

Whiddon is seeking a capable Care Services Manager to join our 63-bed aged care residence in Moree. You will elevate clinical services, ensure compliance with national standards, and support financial and operational targets while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, senior clinical/ supervisory experience in aged care, and proficiency with AutumnCare and Microsoft Office. NDIS Worker Check and First Aid are also expected.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or tertiary qualification in nursing.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in the Australian aged care industry, in a senior clinical/ supervisory role.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar) software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• First Aid Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive clinical services to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with national aged care standards and infection control.
• Provide leadership support to the Residential Service Manager and drive financial/budgetary goals.
• Foster service-based learning, safety, continuous improvement and teamwork.
