RFBI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in New South Wales to lead care teams across Berry and Basin View aged care residences. You will advise and support staff to deliver person-centered care tailored to each resident’s needs, reporting to the Care Manager.

The role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, staff supervision, and building strong resident relationships to improve wellbeing in a not-for-profit organisation with a long history in NSW/ACT.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 with AHPRA registration.
• 2+ years of experience in aged care.
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
• Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling.
• Knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and ANACC.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Willing to work across Berry and Basin View villages.

Aufgaben

• Being responsible for ensuring high quality care in a key leadership position.
• Supervising and assisting other care employees.
• Building partnerships with residents to respect dignity and health needs.
• Coordinating and delivering care within a supportive team.
• Providing complex clinical care including wound dressing, medication administration, assessments, and referrals.
• Entering reports and observations on the iCare computer program.
• Evaluating and maintaining care plans to meet changing resident needs.
