Job summary

UPA Aged Care Solutions seeks a Clinical Manager/Educator to lead clinical governance and staff education across Molong and Yeoval facilities. The role oversees education plans, audits, and quality initiatives while ensuring safe, person-centred care.

Travel between sites is required. You will mentor nursing teams, drive induction programs, support recruitment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience in residential Aged Care Services.
• Minimum 5 years’ post basic registration experience including 3 years of clinical leadership or education role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual education and training plan, including mandatory training, competency development, and induction programs.
• Oversee clinical auditing, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Use data analytics to inform education and quality initiatives.
