Greatland Resources Limited in Western Australia is seeking a Senior Aerodrome Reporting Officer to oversee the certification and safe operation of the Telfer Aerodrome, ensuring compliance with CASR 139 and MOS 139.

You will lead the Aerodrome Operations team, manage regulatory compliance, training and emergency planning, while coordinating with site operations, contractors, and external service providers. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for full-time.

Qualifications

• Must hold Aerodrome Reporting Officer certification or equivalent with recent validity.
• Proven experience coordinating aerodrome operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and training delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily aerodrome operations in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Supervise Aerodrome Officers, Refuellers, and AV Handling staff.
• Coordinate training, verification, and competency programs.
• Maintain aerodrome certification through document reviews and audits.
• Support safety meetings, emergency planning, and wildlife hazard management.
• Investigate incidents and promote proactive safety culture.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and field activities.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across site operations and external providers.
• Support procurement and contractor management as needed.
• Assist with regulatory audits and inspections.
