UGL is seeking a Senior Advisor for Indigenous Engagement and Social Inclusion. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and will involve travel to other East Coast locations and communities.

You will drive strategic direction and governance for Indigenous engagement and social inclusion to improve work-winning and project delivery. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement, advise tender teams on KPIs, and maintain programs across procurement, employment and

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in human resources, Indigenous Engagement or a related field.
• Experience delivering Indigenous participation and social procurement outcomes on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of government policies and tender processes in construction.

Aufgaben

• Provide input and guidance on Indigenous and Social procurement KPIs for tender teams.
• Ensure tender/bid responses are completed on time.
• Maintain the Corporate strategy for Indigenous and Social Inclusion (procurement & employment).
• Develop and implement Indigenous procurement strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Support the Reconciliation Action Plan tracking and reporting.
