Elanco is seeking a Senior Advisor, External Innovation to enrich the R&D pipeline by sourcing external assets from startups, biotech firms, and universities. You will collaborate with R&D, Global Strategy, Legal and Regulatory teams to advance partnerships that enhance animal health and well-being.

Qualifications

• DVM or PhD in a relevant biological field.
• 7+ years in animal health R&D or business development.
• Experience in Search & Evaluation, BD, or alliance management preferred.

• Identify and evaluate external assets and technologies from diverse sources.
• Lead cross-functional assessments with R&D, Marketing, Legal and Strategy to ensure thorough evaluations.
• Manage all stages of partner interactions from initial contact to alliance management.
