Capability Development is seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Advisor Capability Development Talent Pathways role within the Future Workforce team.
The role is responsible for shaping and strengthening early-career development pathways across Trade, University and Frontline pathway portfolios, including Graduate, Apprentice and School-Based programs, ensuring they align with business priorities, workforce needs and future capability requirements.
The role plays a key part in shaping early-career pathways aligned with current and future workforce needs. Working across the business and with key partners, it brings together workforce priorities, capability requirements and insights to develop the required skills and capability.
This is an opportunity to influence the future of early-career development across Iron Ore and help build pathways that strengthen workforce readiness now and into the future.
You bring strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business workforce requirements into practical outcomes.
You are comfortable operating across multiple pathways and stakeholder groups, identifying systemic issues and translating broad workforce needs into clear recommendations and practical action.
You are a strong collaborator and influencer who builds trusted relationships and uses data and insights to continuously improve outcomes.
Experience across graduate, apprentice, school based and frontline pathways is highly desirable, along with a relevant tertiary qualification.
