The Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Senior Adviser, Aboriginal workforce to lead the development, implementation and oversight of the Aboriginal workforce strategy for 2021–2027. You will work across the organisation, guiding policy implementation and coordinating across executives, managers and colleagues to achieve strategic actions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead workforce strategy initiatives across a large organisation.
• Proven skill in coordinating policy discussions and program delivery.
• Experience working with executives, managers and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with senior management to strengthen project planning and policy delivery.
• Coordinate responses to service delivery impacts in emergency situations and conduct annual policy updates.
