Western Health is seeking a Senior Administration Systems Support to supervise and support the Engineering Services team across multiple hospital sites. You will oversee data management, accounts processing, asset and work order administration, and reporting, while coordinating with management, staff, and contractors.
The role includes supervising the Administration Manager during leaves, staff training, and day-to-day administrative activities.
The Senior Administration Systems Support is a senior member of the Engineering Services team, providing administrative supervision, systems support and operational oversight across the department.
The role supports the effective delivery of Engineering Services through accurate data management, accounts processing, asset and work order administration, reporting and systems support. Working closely with management, administration staff, contractors and internal departments, you will coordinate workflows, resolve issues and support the efficient use of resources.
You will also provide supervisory support to the Administration Manager, including coverage during periods of leave, staff training and coordination of day-to-day administrative activities.
