Job summary

Western Health in Victoria is seeking an Administration Manager – Engineering Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the administration and support functions.   • Salary: Admin Grade 5 (commensurate w/ experience) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About therole:

The Administration Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of the administrative and operational support functions within Engineering Services. The role drives operational excellence through effective governance, compliance, reporting, financial oversight, contractor management, and continuous improvement, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives.

Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the Administration Manager strengthens business performance, leads a high-performing team, and contributes to Western Health's mission by supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare environments for patients, staff, and visitors.

Keyresponsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership of the Engineering Services administration function, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused team.
