The role drives operational excellence through effective governance, compliance, reporting, financial oversight, contractor management, and continuous improvement, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the Administration Manager strengthens business performance, leads a high-performing team, and contributes to Western Health's mission by supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare environments for patients, staff, and visitors.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
